Welcome to Fairfield House luxury 5 star bed & breakfast accommodation on the edge of the picturesque village of Warkworth near the Northumberland Coast.

The house is a beautiful Victorian property which we have renovated to provide elegant and high quality en-suite bed & breakfast guest accommodation in Walkworth.
The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and equipped to provide every comfort for your stay, including crisp, pure cotton bed linen, large fluffy towels, bathrobes, tea/coffee making facilities, TV/DVD player, digital radio and hairdryer. Bathrooms are spacious, furnished with high quality fittings and include a luxury range of toiletries from Gilchrist & Soames.
Both the guest dining room and lounge open on to the lovely terraced garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
The breakfast menu features a choice of cooked breakfast along with a variety of cereals, home-made granola, fresh fruit and home-made yoghurt. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to meet your needs.
We have plenty of off-road parking and can provide storage for bikes, golf clubs, etc.
The mediaeval village of Warkworth is delightful, and an excellent base for exploring Alnwick District and the rest of Northumberland. The Warkworth Castle, almost surrounded by the river Coquet, is at the centre and towers over the village. There are interesting shops and a choice of excellent places to eat. We are situated a short walk from the centre of the village and about 20 mins stroll from the beach.
