Situated near the church in the quiet and old part of the village, Village Farm is perfectly located for exploring all that Northumberland has to offer, but for those who do not want to go far there is lots to do at Village Farm itself. We are only 3 miles from historic Alnwick, and the magnificent coastline with its wonderful beaches is a similar distance. The Cheviots and all the beautiful empty countryside to the west and north are readily accessible with Newcastle a mere 30 minutes away.

Our accommodation comes in a variety of styles from scandinavian lodges to traditional cottages to modern bungalows but all are luxuriously appointed with everything you could need for a stress-free holiday. There is a farmhouse that can sleep 12 and a small flat for 2 as well as those for 4 and 6.

Our leisure facilities are second-to-none. We have an indoor pool with sauna, steamroom and a modern professionally manned gym, a large games-room, hard tennis court, grassy play area with cricket and golf nets ,badminton, croquet as well as an adventure play area and wendy house. All thes are free to holiday makers. In addition there is a beauty salon and swimming lessons are available.

All the properties are fully centrally heated and most have wood burners for which the wood is free. Village farm is an ideal holiday for families, couples or groups, winter or summer and a warm welcome always awaits.
