Sunnyside Cottage is a recently renovated, stone built property conveniently located in the centre of Alnmouth. Access to the beach and to the estuary of the River Aln could not be easier.

The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard and provides spacious, comfortable accommodation in all seasons. The cottage has a sunny, south-facing aspect with side views of the estuary. There is a lawned enclosed garden to the front and a walled patio area to the rear.

There is an open fire in the living room and gas central heating. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer plus an automatic washer and separate drier.

There is a shower room/wc on the ground floor, a bathroom and separate wc on the first floor. The cottage is strictly non-smoking and accommodates up to 7 people. Pets by special arrangement.
