Self-Catering in Warkworth. A detached, luxury Scandinavian style lodge, one of a small number in the grounds of Eastfield Hall, 2 miles from Warkworth. Enjoying a lovely open aspect across fields towards Warkworth Castle and the sea, this charming property has been finished to a very high standard and offers well equipped accommodation on one level, including a spacious open plan living area with a gas fired cast iron stove, master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a conservatory with sea views. Warkworth, with its castle, beach, golf clubs and shops is just a 5 minute drive. The castle and gardens at Alnwick, the stunning coastline, and pretty villages of the region are within easy reach. The perfect base for exploring this most beautiful of regions. Accommodation - All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double plus ensuite with walk-in shower cubicle, basin & WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with cast iron stove effect gas fire, leading to conservatory. The main living areas are south facing. Amenities - Full oil fired central heating throughout, with additional heating from gas fire in the sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 32" LCD TV with freeview, DVD player & CD player. Fuel & power included in rent, as are Bed linen & towels. Travel cot, highchair and safety gate available on request. Off road parking for at least two cars. Lawned garden area with furniture, BBQ (by request) & decked area off living area. Shops and Pubs are two miles away. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

On crossing the bridge over the river take the first turning on the left (Station Road). Follow the road for approx 1 mile, crossing over the main railway line. After another 1/2 mile the entrance to Eastfield Hall will be found on the left. Follow the service road around to Seafield Lodge. From the north follow the A1068 from Alnwick for approx 6 miles.
