Superbly situated coastal cottage in idyllic location with
garden and views towards Dunstanburgh Castle.

The tiny hamlet of Dunstan Steads is within one of the most beautiful coastal areas in Northumberland. The cottage is one of a group of six semi-detached former country estate worker's cottages most of which are now privately owned.   The golden sands of Embleton Bay are less than a five minute walk from here.

The views from the cottage and all around are superb.  Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course is very close and for cyclists and walkers The North Sea Trail and NCN 1 are almost on the doorstep.  Embleton has a very traditional hotel and inns serving locally sourced food, there is also a small convenience store in the village which is less than a mile away.

Shepherds Cottage is very spacious and comfortably presented throughout with stripped pine flooring in most rooms giving a very coastal feel.
Outside is a private, large garden area with garden furniture.  Local wildlife frequently visit and can occasionally be seen from the sitting room and kitchen.

Children's toys, books and games are included for the occasional rainy day. 

Prices are inclusive of linen, towels, electricity and heating fuel.  Special requests can include some basic provisions, details of which are given on booking.
