Well equipped galley style kitchen. Bedroom one, accommodates two persons in single beds or with zip and link a super king size double with en-suite shower room. This room has space for a travel cot. Bedroom two, accommodates two persons in single beds or with zip and link a super king size double with en-suite bath/shower room.
Comfortable off road parking for two cars at the rear of the property with porch access into the kitchen. A front porch gives access into the large front garden.

The area:
Just over a mile away is the sea and the ‘Sugar Sands’ beach and is part of the Heritage Coast which extends from Warkworth to Berwick upon Tweed. Along its length are tiny fishing villages, long stretches of clean sandy beaches, golf courses, famous coastal castles, nature reserves and astounding scenery. Nearby is the Howick Estate and the Howick Gardens approx 2 miles north from Longhoughton
The historic market town of Alnwick is 4 miles west inland. Alnwick offers a wide variety of shops, cafes, pubs, leisure facilities and the magnificent Castle and Alnwick Garden. Within the Alnwick Garden is one of the largest wooden tree houses in the world.
