Hollyhocks is a spacious Edwardian stone built end terrace house, located within a 10 minutes easy walking distance of Alnwick Town Centre, The Alnwick Garden, Castle, theatre, restaurants and all local amenities whilst Barter Books is only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes to The Leisure Centre.

Hollyhocks has been carefully restored and refurbished to a very high standard with all the modern benefits of central heating and double glazing throughout.

Like Braeside above, the house is laid out on two floors, it has a double bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and the spacious beautifully tiled bathroom is on the ground floor.

The tariff includes all bed linen, towels, heating and electricity, but does not include 'leisure towels'
