The property is in Jubilee Court, a recent award-winning courtyard development on the site of a 19th Century coach-works, named after the Jubilee Dance Hall which was once also on this site.
The Jubilee Court property is in a quiet location but it is close to the centre of the town and is only a short walk from the Town's major attractions, the Alnwick Garden and Alnwick Castle.

Number 3 Jubilee Court is a warm, comfortable town house that can sleep up to 7 adults. The top floor has the master bedroom (with en suite) single bedroom, and a family bathroom. The first floor has a double bedroom with a tri-bunk bed (double at the bottom and single on top) and a large living room with a double sofa bed.
The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen diner, with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house is equipped with two television sets, Freeview TV receiver, a DVD player, and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. As the property has no enclosed outdoor space, we regret we do not consider it suitable for pets. There is allocated off-road parking for one car within the courtyard.
