Fairfield House, Warkworth, is quietly situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Warkworth. The house is a beautiful Victorian property which we have recently renovated to provide elegant and high quality en suite guest accommodation.

The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and equipped to provide every comfort for your stay, including tea/coffee making facilities and TVs with DVD players (there is a selection of DVDs that you are welcome to borrow). The bathrooms are spacious and have been furnished with high quality fittings to provide that extra touch of luxury.

The guest dining room opens on to the lovely terraced garden which you are welcome to enjoy.
The breakfast menu features a choice of cooked breakfast along with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit and pastries. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The mediaeval village of Warkworth is delightful, and an excellent base for exploring Alnwick District and the rest of Northumberland. The Warkworth Castle almost surrounded by the river Coquet, is at the centre, and towers over the village. There are interesting shops and a choice of excellent places to eat. We are situated a short walk from the centre of the village and about 15 mins walk from the beach.

Self Catering - We now have a self contained self-catering unit available to sleep two persons, the beds can be either single or king-size (zip & link).
