| East House in Alnwick District is situated on the edge of the hamlet of Guyzance just 15 minutes or so from Alnwick and just a few minutes from the Heritage Coast. |
 East House is located in the peaceful and stunning rural Northumbrian countryside. A warm and friendly welcome including home made cakes await those who wish to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and stay in a traditional stone farmhouse.
We are ideally situated within a few miles of Alnwick, Alnmouth and Warkworth with easy access to the coastal route and the A1, enabling you to explore the many geographical amenities and attractions the North East has to offer. An ideal base for all your holiday requirements.
At the moment we offer one room with spacious comfortable accommodation decorated to a high standard with facilities including King size bed, Large Double shower, Dining Room, Use of Fridge, Bathrobes, Garden, Colour TV/DVD with freeview, CD/Radio, Secure lockup, Coffee/Tea Making Facilities (with Hot choc,Biscuits & Bottled Water) Books, Ironing facilities, Maps to borrow, Local Info available.
